What’s been happening:

Ken graduated from Penn State in 1960 and began his first job as a state mediator for the PA Bureau of Mediation. In 1964 he began a year of training with Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service in Washington, DC. He was then sent to the Cleveland Field Office of FMCS in 1965. While he was employed as a Federal Mediator in Cleveland he traveled to the Philippines, Panama, Hungary, and South Africa to help train the local mediators in those countries in mediation techniques. Ken retired March 31, 2002 in Cleveland, Ohio as a Senior Mediator for FMCS after 40 years of service.
